Katita plays every instument in the Escola de Samba. Which is famous for playing in the Carnival Parade in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.


Learn the basics all the way up to the master at the front of the samba line. Katita is a patient fun loving teacher that has taught hundreds of students in the United States. As a child and through his young adulthood, Katita played with the world famous samba school, Mangueira in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Surdo, Pandeiro, Caixa, Repiniqui, Ago-go, Chucalho, Tumbadora, Tamborim, and the Cuica.

Private Lessons 1 on 1: $50/hour
Group Lessons (minimum 4 people): $15/hour per person
